More about Caitlin

01. Why Did I Become a Physiotherapist?
I became a physiotherapist to help people of all ages regain their ability to do what they love—whether it’s returning to sport, managing a long-term condition, or simply moving without pain. I’m passionate about supporting patients through every stage of recovery.
02. Passion/Passions
I believe in a holistic, evidence-based approach to care that supports both physical and mental well-being. My background as an expat growing up in Dubai and studying in Scotland has shaped my inclusive, adaptable style across hospital, clinical, and community settings.
03. Favourite Things to Treat or Special Interests
I enjoy working with both children and adults across a variety of conditions, especially those who are motivated to return to meaningful everyday activities. Helping individuals regain confidence and independence in their movement is what drives my practice.
04. Favourite Food
Definitely pasta—any kind, any time!
