01. Why Did I Become a Dietitian?
I decided to study dietetics for a multitude of reasons. As a passionate foodie with a deep fascination for the connection between nutrition and overall health and wellness, I was eager to expand my knowledge in this field—not just for personal growth, but to empower others with accurate, evidence-based information. I'm well aware of the many persistent nutrition myths that circulate around food and health, and I’ve always been driven to help people. By studying dietetics, I saw an opportunity to actively debunk these misconceptions and guide individuals toward healthier, more informed choices.
02. Passion/Passions
Walking and hiking, food, reading, and journaling.
03. Favourite Things to Treat or Special Interests
Gastrointestinal disorders, women’s health, paediatrics, and disordered eating.
04. Favourite Food
Thai food and chocolate (gotta have balance!)
05. Favourite Exercise
Volleyball, swimming, tennis, squash, and weight training.

I have a gorgeous cavoodle called Cookie.
