Generally, subsequent appointment goes for 20-30 minutes. If you require a longer appointment, it will be your health physician who makes this decision as sometimes you may need longer sessions for more serious injuries/conditions.

If you have a referral from your GP, please bring this along and any X-Rays, MRI, or Ultrasounds that relate to your current injury/condition.

If you are a private patient and wish to claim private health insurance, then please bring your Private Health Insurance card. Please note that depending on which Allied Health professional you are seeing, what you need to bring along to your appointment can vary.

All our appointments go through an automated text messaging system. This means you should receive a text message 48 hours prior to your appointment that you will be asked to confirm. If you do not confirm, our reception team can ring on the day to confirm whether you are coming or not.

Yes, we do treat children 8+ years old. Parents or Guardians are required to be present in the treatment room to ensure comfort for the child and that the treatment and diagnosis is understood and agreed to.

We do offer home visits. There is a travel fee involved for this service and is only offered to particular patients and services.
