Tennis Elbow (Lateral epicondylitis) is a condition that causes pain where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the outside of your elbow. The pain might spread into your forearm and wrist.
It is not limited to tennis Players! It is referred to as tennis elbow because of the repetitive gripping and wrist actions that generally cause this condition. It can come about in anyone who repetitively uses their wrists or does a lot of gripping tasks. Most commonly these repetitive tasks are performed at work (builders, hairdressers, carers, painters).
