Cook with confidence. Live more independently.
Practical, hands-on support to help NDIS participants plan, shop for and prepare nourishing meals—guided by an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
Nutrition expertise meets real-world practice.
Preparing nutritious meals is an essential life skill. This program combines evidence-based nutrition advice with practical cooking experiences so participants can build knowledge, confidence and independence they can use at home.
Every session is tailored to the participant—not a one-size-fits-all recipe.
- Aligned with NDIS goals and current functional abilities
- Adapted for dietary requirements and medical conditions
- Built around personal preferences and level of independence
The goal is not simply to teach someone how to cook. It is to build the confidence and skills to prepare healthy meals for life.
Small skills. Meaningful independence.
Participants work towards everyday abilities that can improve confidence, health and life at home.
Meal planning & budgeting
Plan simple meals, understand ingredients and make a grocery budget work harder.
Smarter grocery shopping
Practise label reading, selecting fresh produce and finding healthier alternatives.
Healthy food choices
Build nutrition knowledge and learn balanced choices suited to individual needs.
Safe cooking skills
Develop practical techniques, kitchen organisation and safe food-handling habits.
Weekly meal preparation

Confidence at home

A supported path from plan to plate.
Each stage builds on the last, with the right level of support at every step.
